Simple-Marketing-Solutions The Number One Marketing Skill?
If you were asked what you believe is your number one marketing and business skill is, how would you answer that? What automatically springs to mind? However, none of them come close to what I've come to find is the NUMBER ONE business and marketing skill. And that skill is << EMPATHY & COMPASSION >> Many are surprised when they read the above being a skill, let alone it being the most important. Now what exactly does empathy and compassion, mean? Interestingly, different people make it mean, different things. For me personally, here's what it means; It means caring deeply to want to know about what it's really like to be your customer or prospect. Caring deeply about their inner most thoughts, fears, frustrations and desires. It means caring deeply enough to want to be at ONE with them. In fact, there's no greater business or personal skill than feeling EXACTLY how your customers and those in your personal relationships, feel. If you think you have a marketing problem, ask this question -- "What am I missing when it comes to being empathatic, compassionate, at one - with my prospects and customers?" Ask that one question and you'll have handed yourself the marketing solution (and life solution), above all others.
